Mike and his team built our custom home in 2021. From our first conversation in March 2020 and throughout the entire process, Mike was honest, reliable, and committed to making sure our vision came true. Even through the hardships of the pandemic and rising costs of materials, they ensured our home was built with quality and to our satisfaction. We communicated closely with Mike and his team throughout the entire process. Even with my indecisiveness, they were patient and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We cannot say enough great things about MHB, Inc.! If you are wanting to remodel/build, they are your go-to people!

MHB, Inc helped us with our 1978 home remodel with addition ( laundry room) . Hands -down Mike is by far the best contractor we have hired. He was always available and kept us informed on inspections etc. His crew went above and beyond to have our home done in time for the holidays. They were knowledgeable and efficient. We heard about MHB from a friend whose home was built by MHB a couple years ago. And I cant tell you how great of a job they did building our home. In a year where there were so many challenges due to Covid, MHB still managed to complete our home on time and most importantly on budget. They guided us through the entire process and were very accommodating to our needs. We are extremely excited with our new home and would highly recommend them to anyone.

After observing Mike build a house for my Uncle and Aunt (see other review from Jill McFarlane) we were excited to move forward with our project. We were thrilled to come in under budget even with so many beautiful details one would dream of in a custom home. Couldn't be happier!

MHB, Inc helped us with our home build from the beginning. Mike and the crew were very knowledgeable with the whole building process and explained every step as we moved along. My family and I were able to build our home that fit out wants and needs but also get the information as to what would benefit us in the future. Everything from building the frame to the last touches of blue on the shutters, the house has been perfect. And to make it better the crew was able to get us in before Christmas! My family and I couldn't thank MHB, Inc more for everything they did right. For any future builds we definitely will be contacting them.

When our family out grew our first home, we decided to build our Dream Country Home. We reached out to MHB Inc and met with Mike. From the first meeting at the property, we felt comfortable. Mike was extremely professional and walked us through every step of the home building process. Extremely helpful, informative, offered suggestions, and helped us to build the house of our Dreams. Mike and his people are the most professional building group I have ever had the opportunity to work with He built our custom home on time and budget with absolutely no hassles and did not nickel and dime requested changes. Large scale changes were fair priced (believe me, you will have these on a custom home).It was a very lucky day that I found MHB on the internet and sent him an invitation to bid our home. Mike Maden built our beautiful new home. He was wonderful to work with. Mike shows great attention to detail,. He was available when we needed to talk and always willing to meet and discuss ideas. I recently had a home built in Ripon and am absolutely in love with how it has turned out! Mike, Anna, and Johnny were all very responsive with any concerns I had or adjustments that needed to be made and made the entire process so easy. They made it possible for me to move in when I needed to even though some things hadn't been completed yet, and since moving in have helped with any minor issues that have come up. I am so grateful to them for building me my forever home and if you are looking for a contractor I would HIGHLY recommend MBH Inc!

Mike, Anna, and Johnny make a great team who I have enjoyed working with while making our custom home project come to life. Building a home is a stressful time, and there were a lot of curveballs thrown on our project through COVID, new PG&E rules and government regulations, and a lawn firm that took WAY longer than needed to draw up a utility easement with our neighbor. Every construction project is unique and will have its own issues pop up. It’s how the problems are handled that matters. MHB was honest and professional throughout the process, and you can tell they care about the owner’s satisfaction with the end product.

MHB team remodeled our optometry office in late 2021. I'm writing this review in late 2022 and we still love the result. Everything hold up as we expected. Our patients love the color cordination of the wall, the granite counter and the wood floor. Since my wife and I have no idea about constructions, we really counted on the team to provide expert experience on this. Anna was there every steps of the way. The team also went extra mile, above and beyond, to make sure the project completed on time. Maden Home Building did an amazing job on our pool house! They were professional and easy to deal with. And their workmanship is top notch!

Mike and his team (Anna and Johnny) were fantastic from the beginning to end. We have lived in our home now built by MHB for 6 months now! Wow! My family and I could not be happier! Mike is a man of his word and offers a great value with creative design ideas! He was very up front and honest on pricing and my many change orders. His whole team was very patient with any last-minute changes! Building a new home in the middle of supply shortages and rising inflation was not for the faint of heart but I felt supported throughout the whole process! Really a great experience overall from start to finish! Mike helped from day one before we ever purchased the land and even made an amazing construction lender recommendation that offered the best rate and easy funding system! Thank you all for making our beautiful home a dream come true!
